All Data requested, Unless specified otherwise, by this Application is mandatory in order for the application to function to it’s full use and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.

Retention of Personal Data

The Users personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as is required by the purpose they have been collected for. This is as follows:

  • For purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User, Personal Data collected shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed
  • For the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests, Personal Data collected shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. The Application Owner is able to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Analytics

The services contained in this section enable the Application Owner to analyse and monitor website  traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour to support the services.

Google Analytics (Google LLC)

Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC. To further understand Google’s use of Data, see Google’s partner policy.

Hosting / backend infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable this Application to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of this Application.

Some services among those listed below, if any, may work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Infrastructure monitoring

This type of service allows this Application to monitor the use and behaviour of its components so its performance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting can be improved. Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and mode of implementation of these services, whose function is to filter the activities of this Application.

Managing support and contact requests

This type of service allows this Application to manage contact and support requests received via email or by the contact form. The Personal Data processed depends on the information provided by the User in the communication (e.g. email address, telephone number).

Intercom is a support and contact request management service provided by Intercom Inc.

Platform hosting and services

These specific services are for the hosting and running of key components for this Application, and as such allowing the provision of this Application from within a unified platform. The platforms provide a wide range of tools to the Owner e.g. user registration, meal habits, analytics, user registration, comments, images, database management, e-commerce, payment processing that required the collection and handling of Personal Data. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)

This Application is distributed on Apple’s App Store for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Apple Inc.

Apple collects basic analytics and provides reporting features that enables the Application Owner to view usage analytics data and also measure performance of the Application.

This Application is distributed on the Google Play Store  for the distribution of mobile apps, provided by Google LLC.

User

The individual using this Application who coincides with the Data Subject.
